SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Orders are processed within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment.
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland with Express Courier at € 6.90 with delivery times that vary depending on the shipping area.
The cost of shipping is FREE for orders equal to or greater than € 49.90.
At the time of delivery the customer is required to check:
– the packaging is intact and sealed with our safety tape, neither damaged, wet, or otherwise altered;
– the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or the mismatch of the numbers of packages received, must be immediately challenged to the courier by placing “RESERVATION OF WRITTEN CHECK“, on the courier’s delivery proof. Once the courier document has been signed, the customer will not be able to object to the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
In the event of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier stores due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order, the order will be cancelled and any storage costs will be charged to the customer.
Hair Beauty Shop advises its customers to accept the goods by the courier always affixing on the bubble the words “intact package is accepted with reservation” in case of intact packaging and “not intact package is accepted with reservation” in case of obvious anomalies in the packaging.
The acceptance with reservation must be affixed even in the presence of an externally intact package because the packaging could present in any way inside the damaged products. All this is recommended exclusively to ensure the protection of customers in case of disruption by the courier.
In the event that no reserve is entered when the products are delivered, Hair Beauty Shop will not be liable in any way for any damage or lack of delivery services as the compensation by the shipping companies themselves is considered only in case of acceptance with reservation.
In case of damaged goods or missing items in the package, the customer must promptly send an e-mail to email@example.com or contact the Customer Service telephone numbers indicating the order number, name and surname of the customer. All within 48 hours of delivery.
Complaints will not be sent after the deadline.
All orders received from Monday to Friday are prepared and shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment and delivered in 48/72 hours in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland (depending on location).
Couriers deliver between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday so it is not possible to know the exact delivery time of the package. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the courier does not make deliveries.
No delivery by appointment.
We will notify you by email of the shipment and send you the code to track the delivery on the carrier’s website.
